The 4 Core Shielded Load Cell Cable is the standard wiring solution for resistive load cells used in weighing scales, batching plants, and industrial process weighing. Four color-coded 0.5 sq.mm stranded tinned-copper conductors (excitation +/− and signal +/−) are individually insulated and enclosed in an overall braided copper shield for reliable EMI/RFI rejection.
JCI Cables manufactures this cable to order at its Wazirpur, New Delhi facility — bulk reels, custom lengths, and OEM branding are all available on request.
Every JCI multi-core cable is built for low-noise, reliable signal transmission. Individually insulated, colour-coded copper cores are laid up and shielded to reject electrical interference, then protected by a tough outer jacket rated for the target environment.
